All Prices on Website Include Free Delivery to Most Postcode of the UK
Standard delivery covers all areas of the UK except for the following postcodes AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PO30-41, TD AND ZE. For an accurate delivery charge to these areas, please email our office at email@example.com.
We are not accepting orders for delivery to Ireland at present. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Overview of Delivery
Deliveries normally occur between 8:00 AM and 18:00 PM. Once your order has been placed you will be contacted and provided with a date for delivery.
We do not deliver items to multiple addresses.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Delivery will normally take between 5-7 working days. We will contact you by email within one working day of placing your order to suggest a delivery date. If the date provided is unsuitable please get in touch and we will re-arrange the delivery date.
- Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
- Delivery times apply to items in stock.
Stone Paving Direct Ltd deliver to all UK mainland addresses. There is, however, an extra charge for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses.
Please note that for those customers who live in some remote/rural areas our delivery service may be extended by 2 working days or we may contact you to advise that your address is not serviceable.
We also deliver to many parts of Europe - please contact our office to discuss your requirements as delivery charges vary.
Delivery to an address other than your billing address is permitted.
Customers must ensure that the delivery point for unloading is suitable for a tail-lift, manual pump truck method of delivery. The pump truck can only moved a short distance on a solid and level surface. It cannot be moved on soft surfaces like sand, grass, gravel etc.
By entering into a sale on our website customers should ensure that these terms are understood. If costs are incurred because the delivery company cannot carry out their delivery then these costs will be borne by the customer. In this case it would be all costs for outward and return delivery in addition to applicable restock charges that may apply.
Please also note that failure to be at site on a day that has been pre-booked for delivery could incur a redelivery charge of anywhere upwards of £60 per crate or pallet. This charge is directly from the delivery company, we do not add any additional fees.

Whilst we will always make every effort to deliver the products on the agreed delivery date we can not be held responsible for matters beyond our control that results in your products not arriving on the day in question.
Please do not book tradespeople or hire equipment until you have received your order.
In the unlikely event of your product not arriving on the scheduled delivery day we will normally be able to deliver the products the next working day.
